Turbo jam workout today was no joke...but  I made it though and feeling so much better!  So glad I pushed play!  No more excuses!!

Three weeks into the New Year!!

What a wonderful start to the New Year!  I have been staying on top of my fitness goals by working out 6 days a week and doing well with my strength training.  I'm feeling stronger and more energized everyday!!  I GOT THIS!!
