Feeling Strong

I made it through the sculpt I-II today and did every move the required number of times.  The three pound weights were even "easy" on the bicep curls and swimmers press.  I finished with a lot of energy instead of worn out.  Hooray.  I'm getting stronger. 

 

I'm really dragging today.

For the first time since I started I couldn't make myself workout in the morning.  I was just feeling blah.  I ate healthy and took it easy today and got in an evening workout.  Hey I pushed play!   Yeah!

Sore from head to toe but I keep pushing play.

Well it's Day 5 for me.  I don't think I've ever worked out this hard for 5 days in a row before.  I feel sore but okay.  My energy has been pretty good except for today.  I think I need to eat more.

I did NOT want to workout today but I pushed play anyway.  I just have to know what my body would look like and feel like if I did this for 90 days. 

I started this week. Yea!

Well, My 40th birthday is right around the corner (July 1) and I am super motivated.  I want to pick out some new clothes and look good in them.  I know I can do it.
