Getting stronger....I think

Well, I can't say that I feel like I am getting any skinnier although my girlfriend says I am.  However, I am getting stronger for sure.  I am lifting heavier weights and my endurance is getting a lot better.  After a while this working out thing gets addictive.  I am going to the gym every other day, but I find myself wanting to go even on the off days.  So I just mix in different BB workouts to keep it fresh and interesting.

Small hickup!

Went back home to Atlanta, GA to visit friends and family for about 10 days.  I still managed to workout 3 times but not very intense.  My diet probably suffered the most.  When I returned to LA, I had some friends in town visiting from Chicago.  Now every one is gone and it is time to buckle down, so I am going for a long hike today.

Feel good about feeling bad?

I  am sore all over all day, from the moment I get up to the moment I fall asleep.  Even the normal daily activities remind me of the soreness.

Having said that, I have never enjoyed being sore so much.  I am feeling stronger and seeing results after just 2 weeks.  The exercises are getting easier but I am still pushing myself to do more.  I am just going to stay focused on daily improvement.

RevAbs is Awesome

I am really enjoying the RevAbs programs.  You don't need a whole lot of room but it kicks your butt for sure.  Burn calories, BURN!

My last restart

2009 was the year of restarts.  I am so tired of making a commitment and starting a new routine only to get distracted or lazy weeks later.  This is the last restart.  2010 is the year I get back in the best shape I have ever been in.  So far so good.  1 week down and 51 to go.  I managed to exercise and eat right for the first week of the year.
