So here is where I will be trying a different road in my journey. Somewhat the same thing I have already been doing but now going to take a harder less traveled road. I am going to make it priority that i get on here on a daily basis and journel my daily progress on getting to the lean version of myself that i have been looking for. Looking to change it up and see how far I am willing to push myself. My goal will be for the next 4 months to blog about my experiences on getting fit and the committment it takes to get there and stay there. Don't get me wrong I am very happy as to where I am right now in my life but I know that I can still push myself further and that is what this challenge is going to be about. I know being accountable to someone and having a great support system is a definite must!
Starting May 15th I will be doing a 30 day Vegan Cleanse. Looking to see if that is the jumpstart I need to an even healthier me. Looking to clean out the toxins from my system and seeing how it affects me and how I feel on a daily basis. Also I am going to start a 13week training program to run a Sprint Triathalon in Aug. My workouts for the next 3 months will consist of running, biking, swimming, Zumba, practicing teaching Turbokick, P90X or Chalean Extreme weighttraining workouts and yoga.
I will be taking new pictures and measurements. Then every 30 days I will retake them and see what is going on.

So for today I have been eating well. Shakeology for breakfast, snack, then salad for lunch with ham and veggies. Apple for snack then dinner. Getting out of work and going running then hitting a Zumba class after. Also been making sure I am drinking my water so I stay hydrated. Will be back tomorrow to post some more.
