Wow am I excited!! As someone who was an overweight child and an obese young adult, about 3 years ago I discovered how to eat clean, lift weights, and the right cardio for my body and I was able to go from 38% body fat to 19% in a little over a year and keep it off for the last few years by eating right. Over the last several months, the stresses of work have lead to making poor food choices
