Recently, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. That was my sign. My eating habits is very sloppy and I was eating too much fast food high in sodium. At my highest weight I reached 192lbs and that is not a healthy weight for someone who is 5'7. *Update 5/14/12* Eating habit has changed, working out 3 days a week weight is still high at 187-190lbs but waist is slimming down due to the muscle gain. I almost eliminated sodium entirely, however, I am aware that I do need some sodium in my diet so I try to keep it below 1000 mg. Good luck to everyone and keep pushing. One day, two days a week is better than zero days. Always at least try to do stairs, jumping jacks, sit-ups or push-ups anything to get your blood flowing and burning calories. You can do it. Believe in yourself and nothing can stop you!
