Update 7/7/09: I started trying the Beachbody products. I like Turbo Jam, but I am not coordinated enough to make it work right :) I did Power 90 for a couple of weeks and really liked it. Then my husband's workout partner stopped showing up, so I told him I would work out with him doing P90X. We went on vacation last week, didn't exercise, and ate HORRIBLY! Yesterday we were recovering from no sleep on the vacation, so today was the start of my P90X journey. I'm not sure I will make it out alive, but I will update you all in about 30 days.
