Hello All,

My name is Andrea, I am a 32 year old single mother of 2 amazing sons. They are my reason for living. I have stuggled with weight problems all my life. I have tried every diet known and to man kind. But my greates road block has been a lack of motivation. I easily get discouraged when i do not see any dramatic results. So I decided at some point in my adult life to accept the fact that i was just born with chubby genes and this fact was just never going to change. But as i entered the dreadful age of 20+10...i began to notice a lot not so normal things about my health. I also began to take notice the unhealthy life style of the females in my family...the most noticeable my mother. I have seen her struggle tremendously with weight and other health problems as a result of menopause. And it made me realize that I needed to do something about my own health to avoid these health issues when i get to this age and also to be a motivational factor for my mother. Help her to break thru her struggle with weight at a very difficult time in her life. So i finally decided to fully commit to losing weight, not only for me, but for my sons and for my mother. I love you mom and i will help you thru this. So here we go to a positive change in my life...thank you Michelle for encouraging me...you are such a great friend. :)
