I gained 61-lbs. during my pregnancy and was already overweight when I got pregnant. After giving birth everything was out of wack. My thyroid levels were messed up, my metabolism was like a snail and then I went through post-partum depression. I tried so many things to lose weight and get in shape. I tried meal delivery plans, I went to meetings and I actually lost about 25-30lbs. Then I absolutely hit a stand still. It didn't matter how I changed my eating habits or how I exercised. Nothing changed.

With no change for my efforts, the post-partum depression and my marriage in jeopardy I just gave up on working on myself. I just focused on taking care of my new baby and that's what got me through each day. I actually lived for naptime and bedtime. When she went to sleep, I went to sleep. I gained back all the weight I lost plus an extra 10-lbs. I was so devastated and embarrassed for people to see me. I did not like going out in public at all. I had no energy to try to better myself.

I thought I was doing a good job at faking everything being okay until a good friend of mine said, "Michelle, you look miserable. You aren't the Michelle we used to know." Hearing that was like someone threw ice cold water on me. It woke me up and I realized I had lost myself completely.

I found myself for a short time during a 4 month separation from my husband and lost 40-lbs in 12 weeks by eating right, writing down what I ate and exercising, mostly going for walks with my daughter and riding my exercise bike. Didn't step a foot in the gym.

Then I went back home to try to make things work in my marriage and gained almost half of the weight back that I had worked so hard to lose. I was so mad at myself and for a short time, a VERY short time (about 1 week) I started to think, "Why try if I'm just going to end up fat again?" I felt myself falling back into the ditch I had climbed out of. So again, I am separated and now my main focus is my relationship with my First Love, Jesus Christ. Second is two things and that is being physically healthy as well as spiritually healthy and being a great mommy to my daughter. I discovered ChaLEAN Extreme and am loving EVERY bit of it! GO HEAVY OR GO HOME!! Rock on!

God is still working on me! So awesome that we have such a great Heavenly Father that doesn't give up on us! My hope is in Him, so I know He will work a miracle in my life as well as my weight loss :o)!! CHALEAN EXTREME ROUND 1
May 3 (Day 30) Good change! My clothes are fitting different now. Not a huge change in the weight but I can definitely feel my muscles developing even under the chub I still need to get rid of, LOL! I am very excited to see what the PUSH phase brings! Get EXTREME BABY!!

June 2 (Day 60!) Oh that push phase was awesome! Not a lot of weight loss but amazing muscle gain! I love it! But check it out... almost 2 inches gone from my hips! Rock on! Lean phase here I come even MORE EXTREME BABY!!

July 2nd (Day 90!) I feel soooo great! I lost a total of 16 lbs, 5% body fat and a combined total of 14.5 inches!! WooHoo!

Aug 2nd (Day 120) People I don't know very well are now seeing changes and I love it!!

Jan 30 '12: So I guess I've backslidden a little in the exercise arena :o( Especially during the holidays... Not proud to admit that, but it's time to snap out of it and get back in the game!

Starting with Brazil Butt Lift on 2-2-12... (then ChaLEAN Extreme after that) So here I go, yes, again :o) God is good and His mercies are new every every morning (even if mine for myself aren't ;o})

02-04-12 I am soooo excited!! I just ordered Les Mills PUMP and CANNOT WAIT to get started on it!! Should be here in a few days!! YAY!!
