My husband brought home P90X for us to do together and I was excited yet overwhelmed. We jumped in together feet first. We started eating healthier and exercising together as a family. I began to notice the health of my children improving. All my children have allergies and my middle child has asthma and had struggled with pneumonia this past winter. We were in and out of the doctor's office and the hospital. As we changed our diet he began to improve and now he's a normal boy who can go to Sunday school class and we can go out whenever we want instead of being under house arrest.Their attitudes began to improve and they became children who could adjust to changes and were able to play with other kids without braking down. My husband and I now had common ground and were excited about getting together each day and spending quality time together. We now sit down at the dinner table and eat and spend time as a family. The Lord Jesus has used P90X to improve the health of our family both physically and emotionally and I am truly thankful.
