Making a difference in people's lives is dear to our hearts as we were once corporate folks always getting moved. So we understand families in transition. My mindset is to work for my clients as I'd want them to work for me and help them achieve their goals. Very simple.

Eating on the go, fast food, way too many sodas and making them a habit finally caught up. My metabolism seems to have slowed down and the inches and weight have crept up. So while I may appear thin, I sure can tell a downhill slide in my health and my weight increasing. So I am here with the support of a great husband and here we go! Me - the person who isn't a fan of exercising and not eating well - ready to make a lifestyle change!
