I work in a casino. I am a shift manager, porter, manager, and give problem gambling classes to the employees. I get to meet people from everywhere in the world. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 27 years, we have two daughters and just recived a granddaughter. My husband and I bowl 2 times a week. We love to go camping, fishing, and go for drives and end up anywhere. We have family in Alaska that we try to go visit as often as we can. We have 3 dogs, and 2 cats. In sept 2001 I quit smoking, had a hysterectomy. I thought alright now I can get healty. I joined Cruves, did pretty good I got to 198lbs. Then I came down with Ms. The heat bothers me but I try to get on the treadmill at home but lose my balance and nearly fall on my face. So I quit for a while and work my courage up to try it again. Then I joined a weight loss program that a Dr offered. 2 injections of vit. B12 and Phentermine 30 mg 2 times a day. No matter what excerise i did it was not good enough. I did the 1 mile walk, Tread mill for 30 minutes. The Dr, showed no support. So I gave up again. I want this to work. I need to learn how to portion and push that plate away, get my excerise down to everyday and not just sometimes. I gotta do it for me... and no else.
