I'm back again! I started off about 4 years ago with Power 90 and saw results.
For some reason I stopped working out and althought I'm currently on Weight
Watchers and have lost about 17lbs, I need to step it up with my workouts. I
was really good working out to FitTv every morning and got sidetracked with
that too.

I started back with Beachbody on 5/8/2008 and did really well with the PHH
basic plan. I completed the recovery week and started on the lower body and
went at it half-hearted. By the More ...
I started back with Beachbody on 5/8/2008 and did really well with the PHH
basic plan. I completed the recovery week and started on the lower body and
went at it half-hearted. By the time I realized I needed to get back to it, it
was a new recovery time period. Started the upper body PHH workouts and
same thing happened, and I got off track. Eventually I worked out more
sporatic than consistent and my eating habits went by the way side as well.

Yesterday was a reality - I stepped on my scales and it read 220. Wow. Has
it really come to this? Yes, my reality check awakened and in order to meet
my near future goal of fitting into my New Year's Eve dress without the Spanx
-- I had to get busy. So, last night while watching The Biggest
Loser/Families, I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I have updated my
weekly planner today with my workout for the week.

I am remaining faithful to my workouts and am eating healthier -- and am
controlling the portion control. I'm writing down what I eat and holding
myself accountable for it. I will keep you in touch with my success.
