Hey there! Let me tell you a little bit about myself, I'm very active, I enjoy physical activity and I don't mind going out on a limb to try something new. I have a dog who is very energetic and loves to play. I like playing games with my family and friends. My little brother keeps me moving even when I want to stop, he's really too cute to say no to, unless of course it's midnight then I say no.

I'm a natural sponge when it comes to knowledge. I love learning new things, I don't believe anything could stop me from learning. I decided to become a coach because I enjoy helping people. What better way is there to help people than to get them active and doing things that feel good, increase self esteem and physical fitness, and can be a ton of fun? That's me in a nutshell.
