I'm a 29 year old female who lives in North St. Paul, Minnesota. I've been married to my husband for 5 1/2 years. We have no children, but do have one cat named Sneakers.

My uncle Perry first introduced me to Beach Body (he was chosen as Beach Body's success story for September 2004). Seeing his success with this product, I decided I had to give it a try.

I started Power Half Hour on June 14th, 2004. I've been doing the tapes on and off for about 6 months. So far I've lost a total of 3 lbs. and 5 1/2 inches. I'm going to be starting Power 90 on Jan. More ...
I started Power Half Hour on June 14th, 2004. I've been doing the tapes on and off for about 6 months. So far I've lost a total of 3 lbs. and 5 1/2 inches. I'm going to be starting Power 90 on Jan. 10, 2005. My goal is to be down to 120 lbs. before I turn 30 on Juen 26th of this year. I'm going to give it my all and commit to the program ... as I just compared my pre-PHH day 1 photos to my pre-P90 photos and I can't believe the results. The Beach Body program works!!

April 19, 2005: I finished my first round of P90 and cannot believe my results! Since starting BB last June, I've lost a total of 14 lbs. and 13.5 inches!! I've gone from wearing a size 10 pants to size 6! I took last week as my rest week and started my 2nd round fo P90 on 4/18/05. I currently weigh 124 lbs. so I have an additional 4 lbs. to lose before 6/26/05 ... my 30th birthday. I LOVE P90 and actually missed working out with Tony and the kids last week. I'm psyched to start the next round and am anxious to see how much weight and inches I'll lose this time. KPP everyone!!

UPDATE (5/23/05): Here I am already at day 30 of my 2nd round of P90. I'm *thrilled* to report that I'm down to wieghing 121 and have lost a total of 15.25 inches. WOO HOO! That gives me about a month to lose that last lb. before I'll be at my "goal weight" of weighing 120 by the time I turn 30. I have to admit, back when I set that goal for myself on Jan. 9, 2005 I honestly didn't think I'd be able to do it. But, I've been PP 6 days a week ever since then and have been watching my diet and here I am ... I can't believe I'm wearing a size 6 jean when just last summer it took all I had to keep squeezing into my 10's! I want to give a big thank you to Tony and the kids and all my support folks on the message boards. I couldn't have done it without you guys! KPP everyone as this program works!!

UPDATE (6/20/05): I just past day 150 of P90 and I FINALLY achieved the goal I set out for. Not only have I achieved it, I actually surpassed it. My goal that I set for myself back in Jan. of 2005 was to weigh 120 by my 30th b-day, never thinking I'd be able to do it. I'm happy to report that I now weigh 118 lbs. and I turn 30 in 6 days! I am so proud of myself for sticking with this program and TRULY making a life style change. After I'm done with my last 30 days of P90, I *WILL* be submitting my info. for a BB success story. A big shout out and a huge thank you to Tony and everyone else at BB for making such a great product that works!! I'm forever a BB fan!

UPDATE: (7/24/05): Round 2 of P90 -- DONE! I'm down to 113 lbs. and can now comfortably wear a size 6! And to think that last year at this time, I was still struggling to fit into my size 10's! WOO HOO! Every time I look at myself in the mirror, I can't believe the amazing results that I've achieved. It's nice to know that all my hard work has paid off. BB really *has* changed my life ... forever. I make good food choices and on the rare occassions where there are sweets available (i.e. birthday party, holidays, etc.), I find that they don't taste as good as I remember them to be. During my break week, I'm going to get all of my materials together and submit them to BB as a success story. I know all of my friends on the message board are proud of me ... and I'm proud of all of them as I couldn't have done this without their support! Thanks again BB and Tony and everyone else. This Fall it's on to P90X!!
