I am a 27 yr old SAHM to 2 beautiful little gals.
My gals mean the world to me and I want to make sure that I am here to see them grow.
I had pre diabetes, gestational diabetes, hypertension and finally with my last pregnancy developed HELLP Syndrome. I was forced to deliver at 33 weeks because my pressure were reaching record highs. Last read was in the 300's over 250's. I should be dead or have had a stroke. I got a second chance and so did my baby. So its time for a change.
I was a speed skater and active all my life until 18 when I had knee surgery, then I went back but had more knee surgery til I finally never was able to return. I have had 2 more knee surgeries since. I never had a weight problem until pregnancy.
I thought it was a reason to eat whenever I wanted and however I wanted. I was then put on bedrest and it made it worse. I went from 140 before Sabrina to 225lb the day I delivered. Did I have a 80lb baby nope.... So I went on weight watchers and got to 175 before becoming pregnant again with Crystal. I gained nothing but 12lbs until my BP shot up at 31 weeks. I gained 35lbs in water weight and never lost it because during her NICU stay I ate shit and did nothing but stay by her side. So back 225 lbs I went...I decided no way never again. I started the South Beach Diet and dropped to 214. Then I said why am I doing something so restrictive and limited when I lost 35lbs on weight watchers. So back on it I went. I am now at 198 and ordered my slim in 6, hip hop abs and 90d whatever its called LOL!
I will be 175lb by Xmas. I will be 145lbs by this time next year. Its my goals, Its my destiny.
I have a great support team in my family and friends. My husband is great with motivating me to eat better. My mom and dad are doing it will me. My bf is encouraging me all the way :)
