My name is Lynne. I am in my 40’s and live in California. I’m married and have two teenage daughters. Classic rock music is my obsession, especially live events. Spending time outdoors is one of my favorite passions. I love to snow ski, water-ski, and rollerblade. I love the beach, and anything that involves a boat.

After two kids, and many years working full time, my body wasn’t as “perky” as it once was. No matter how many sit ups and crunches I did, I could not get rid of the belly. I wanted my my FLAT More ...
After two kids, and many years working full time, my body wasn’t as “perky” as it once was. No matter how many sit ups and crunches I did, I could not get rid of the belly. I wanted my my FLAT TUMMY and 25 year old body back. I had a gym membership, the gym is great, but...it takes to long. 10 minutes to get ready, 10 minutes to drive there, run into someone you know, chat for another 15 minutes, maybe work out for 40 minutes, and so on…before you know it you have spent almost two hours and you really didn’t get in a good work out.

A friend of ours found P90X and it was amazing how his body was shaping up. His wife went from a size 10 to a size 4, she looks terrific, I was convinced. The first two weeks of P90X were the hardest. The work outs will challenge you, and your muscles will have that good sore feeling. Learning how to eat was tricky, but once I got the hang of it, it felt great to be doing this for myself. Grocery shopping for the P90X nutrition plan was funny, I actually did not recognize my own cart. Everything in it was not what I usually bought, it was fresh and green.

After the first 30 days I noticed my pants were starting to become lose, and I had some definition in my arms and calves. I was still working on that belly, and a little frustrated. The flat abs and definition in my tummy didn’t come until the very end of the 90 days. Don’t get discouraged, just follow the program, you will get there.
You can do anything for 90 days! I am happy to help you. I am a P90X grad and I am a coach.
