Transformation story

My story starts back in Nov. of 2006 when I saw a P90X commercial and
decided to purchase. In the past I used the Power 90 series and I loved the AB

My story starts back in Nov. of 2006 when I saw a P90X commercial and
decided to purchase. In the past I used the Power 90 series and I loved the AB
Ripper videos. Over the years I kept using the AB ripper 200 routine as part of
different workouts. The thing that intrested me about P90X is the whole
muscle confusion concept, it seemed to be a challenging workout and as of
Jan. 2007 I've pushed play and haven't stopped since. After the first day I
could hardly keep up with the pace and amount of reps. I wondered how Tony
and the people on the videos could get their bodies to do what I was
watching. I kept saying over again, if they started out where I did, then one
day I'll be able to do the workouts like them. Of course I'd have to stay
dedicated everyday, work hard and change my eating habits. In Jan. I set my
goals and started using WOWY and the other website tools. In February and
March I started to dial in and make some great progress. I fell short of my
goals; but with working two jobs and using the only equipment I had (dumb
bells 5's, 20's, 25's and 30's) I was able to make some exciting progress. Due
to my work schedule, I only made it thru 6 weeks of P90X, and continued to
complete my way thru a full 12 weeks. In 90 days my 208 pounds became
194.5 pounds, my 37 inch waist became 34.5 inches and my body fat 20.3%
became 15.3%. The use of all the tools on the website have helped me track
my progress and stay focused on my goals. 90 days are up but I'm not
finished. I look forward to updating the beach body community every month.
My motto is, Set goals, stay focused, use the beachbody tools, the MDB
website and keep pushing play.
Day 90-170: I dropped to 185 pounds, waist 32.5 & body fat at 11.8%
(getting closer to my goal)...In the last 60 days I have added Slim in 6 to my
routine (I got it for my wife; but I use it and like it too). I have also started to
use the Performance Formula and I tried the 2 day Fast...My next step over
the next 60-90 days is to continue to work towards my goals so I can feel
confident enough to be a Coach to those around me...I see how important
reading stories and seeing success has helped motivate and encourage me to
keep dialed in...Keep pushing play and continue to enjoy life.
Another month of progress towards my goals,feeling great,eating healthy and
I'm a Coach now...The MDB website has helped me be accountable to myself.
November has been a hugh month of VICTORY reaching goals...On my
birthday I hit my goal of 8% body fat and a 31 inch waist...I also completed
my first Marathon on Nov. 25th...my base training consisted of P90X, Slim in 6 and Turbo Jam (I even used the P90X Recovery Drink in my water bottle). I ran my second marathon in 2008 and cut my time by 45 minutes. I'm in the best shape of my life.

Today was my last P90X workout. This is the first round I have completed from start to finish in 90 days. It works for sure. Final results: 178lbs, BF %9.2, Waist 31". Bless God! More ...
