I've never been fit. I put in a good effort a few times but never got it quite right--and never made a complete life change.
It's never prevented me from doing the things I want to do, like go hiking, cycling, or motorcycling--but I always had this desire to look better and feel better.

My goal is to complete the 90 days of P90X uninterrupted. This will require a bit of obsession, but in this case, I feel that such an attitude is necessary. My flexibility when it comes to exercise has been my downfall in the past--so no flexibility this time! I don't care what else is going on--I will exercise every day. Come hell or high water, LOL
