In my line of work you want to maintain a level of fitness that allows you to do your job 24-7. As I grew older I realized that my waistline was spreading and could lead to heart disease or other health problems. I knew I was in shape, but I wanted to be conditioned! The P90X program not only did that as I lost over 26 lbs., but it also altered my lifestyle and eating choices. The P90X program has shown me a way to maintain a lifestyle of nutrition and strength!
