More statistics| 1fitjbird I have maintained a somewhat moderate level of fitness throughout my lifetime. I enjoy hiking, swimming and biking and have intermittently participated in boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing. This is, up until 35 days ago when I started my Power 90 Beachbody program!!
