I first started to lose weight about six years ago with Weight Watchers. Lost 40 pounds that way and it taught me a lot about food. Since then I have yo-yo'd up and down +/- 8 pounds or so. IT'S TIME TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT! IT'S TIME TO DO IT RIGHT!
I did P90X with some success a little over a year ago, but didn't follow the eating plan as I should have-- I didn't eat enough!
