I just opened my profile and it said I was 31 and wanting to lose 70 pounds. UGH.... Now it is 5/1/14,I am 34.5 yrs old... and I need to lose 100+lbs. I've added another 30 pounds in 3+ years.
I have a 9 month old daughter, I've had my 3 back surgery 7 months ago. I've been in pain and just blah on the workout, weight loss land since my daughter was born.
