Looking for a Coach and support? I'm 47 and in the best shape of my life thanks to Beachbody and I want to help others get in shape! I am married to my wonderful wife Pam (25 years!) and have three kids in High School/College. I enjoy being active; snowboarding, basketball, golf, tennis, working out and even walking our dogs. My first experiance with Beachbody was back in 2002 with their Power 90 program. I wanted to get in shape for my high school reunion. For the first time in my life I felt like I truly got results from working out program. I dropped 15 lbs and two pant sizes in the 90 day program and got many complements at my reunion. Over the past nine years, I have stayed in decent shape but added back 5-10 lbs and went up a pant size. I was motivated again to focus on my nutrition and fitness at a company health day event and used a mixture of Power 90 and P90X to get back in shape. The results again were fantastic; I lost another 15-20 lbs dropped three pant sizes and lowered my body fat from 21% to 10%. For the first time I can see my Abs! I have completed Power 90, P90X (twice), P90X+, P90X2, Body Beast, Rev Abs, Insanity, The Asylum, Les Mills Combat and now I'm doing a Les Mill Combat-Pump hybrid.
