Hi! I am 32 and a mama of 3. Me and my hubby joined beach body a couple of years ago. We have been on and off P90X this whole time, we do a lot of varied things. I've lost over 45 pounds since my last was born (2010). I eat Paleo and I love P90X!! Its one of my favorite workouts! I also run and dabble in crossfit/bootcamp/MA classes as well. We've had a lot of obstacles as a family and also for myself in the past two years thanks to injury and surgery, but I've still managed to lose most of my baby-weight and tone up. Both me and my hubby have came a long way in two years. I still have a small amount in my belly and that is my ultimate goal is to have a total six-pack and ripped every where else. Fitness keeps me healthy and sane. I love it! I want to do more..and push my body more! One of my other goals is to train for a marathon sometime in the future. I wanna be the parent who runs circles around my kids when I am 70. Me and my 3yr old who is a cancer survivor (go babygirl!!) run together and she just ran in her first 5k race not long ago..she takes it very seriously.
Well we had to stop P90x in Jan, since my 2yr old daughter was diagnosed with cancer...its been a a tough road but I think things are finally settled down enough in our life that we are going to start More ...
