I try to partake in sports when I can, my only real love of 'sports' came from my father involving me in paintball when I was 7, and I have enjoyed it ever since. Let's see...I don't have much more to add besides thank you FATHER for everyday you give me!

As a youngster, I was always relatively skinny. I ate loads of sugary sweets and bread, bread, and more bread! Thankfully I never saw a repercussion of my poor choices... until puberty hit. HA! Boy oh boy did my 5'4 frame get curvy - and not in the way I wanted! My lower body was overly disproportioned to my upper and I thoroughly disliked how I looked. So highschool was awash with big baggy clothing - zero exercise - and zero restrictions on food. So a week after I graduated, I decided I was done with doing nothing and being unhappy in my own skin...
So at the age of 18 I was determined to be fit. I started my journey in 2001 with the purchase of Power 90. I finished the program, loved my results, and then stopped. And to make a long story short, I went through this phase for the next 5 years with Slim in 6, Turbo Jam, P90X, and ChaLEAN Extreme. I love all the programs, and sometimes I'd finish them, but most of the time I'd jump to another one just before the 60 or 90 day mark.
Although I've worked out to some degree since I was 18, I'd never made it thought the whole year, working out at LEAST 5 times a week. Well - the buck stops here - actually it did in 2008. LOL. I plan my workouts 6 weeks in advance in a journal- so I HAVE to do it, and so far it's working! I've been better about retraining my mind on 'this isn't just a 60/90 day thing - it's for a lifetime.' I love how I feel and that I make it a point to give myself that hour a day to do something good for me.
At the beginning of 2010 I rec'd BBL. The first day rocked my world! Once I did it for 60 days I was onto P90X - then INSANITY - and now I await Turbo Fire! Gotta love variety!
I love Beachbody; it's trainers; it's community - everything! I love spreading the word about a great program to my friends and turning them onto such a great organization!
