I'm not quite sure where to start. I have transformed sooooo many times. In 2006, turning 40 and hit with the reality of becoming a grandmother I decided "I'll be a grandmother but I don't have to look like one".
While preparing for the birth of my first grandchild, I participated in a Biggest loser bootcamp 4 days a week and ran sprints 3 days a week. I went from 163lbs to 136lbs and was a smoking hot grandma.
Unfortunately, during that time period I only took in 600 calories per day and once I began eating regularly I quickly gained back most of the weight.

On 1/10/11, I started my fitness journey again. I was down and out due to hurting my back while caring for my ailing father. I was unable to dance, or exercise from Early August thru December of 2011. Needless to say, this is a journey where exercise, nutrition and supplements are key to your success. Going through major depression because I could not do the things I like doing, I gained 14lbs which on my short frame looks and feels like 40lbs. Whelp, I have another grandchild coming, and some grey hairs are showing...but these things can't keep this gal down. Time to get it moving!!!!! I've just recently became a BeachBody coach and am planning to advertise through my progress!
