Hello everyone! I am a 41 year old mother, girlfriend, Teacher Coach. Fifteen years ago, before my Son was conceived I weighed in at 105 pounds. During my pregnancy, I gained over 54 pounds. I was delighted when my son was born weighing in at a whopping eight pounds and fifteen ounces. You can imagine what the pregnancy did to my cute 105 shape. To my surprise, within the first year I was back at 105 pounds really without any effort. What I did have though was a nice pouch that seemed impossible to get rid of. I used my son’s birth as an excuse for as long as I could.
A few years ago, I joined a gym here. Even with paying the monthly membership fee, I didn’t go as frequently as I should have. It was a matter of organizing my schedule around my work day and any extra curricular activities my son had at the time. Then when I did go, I experienced frustration because I didn’t see a change in my body.
On top of all of those things, I became the Queen of fast food. Fried chicken, hamburgers, French fries, milk shakes, pizzas…those were regular items in my meal plans. I became addicted to ice cream too! At first it was Ben and Jerry’s Chunky monkey with hot fudge poured on top, then I graduated to having a Nutty Buddy every single night while I was in my bed. Talk about terrible eating habits!
Then I met my Coach! My life has changed ever since. We began working out together, trying to determine which fitness program would best met my needs. We decided upon Chalean Extreme. I’m in my 6th week of CE and the results are amazing! People are commenting on how tight my abs are, how defined my legs and arms are. It’s truly a huge transformation.
I have currently dropped from 127 pounds to 125. I’m really looking to adding muscle definition, toning and sculpting my body with the Chalean Extreme Program. I’m thankful to BeachBody for giving me the resources and tools to improve my mind, body and soul.
