My name is Brent and I am from North Carolina. I am 35 years old and in the worst shape of my life. I began P90X one and a half years ago with my wife and we stuck with it faithfully for 45 days. Then things that were happening in our family life got us out of the rythm and we stopped completely. We have wanted to resume ever since, but we keep putting it off. We have said too many times that we will start on Monday. We decided to start this SUNDAY. We are ready to get serious and for inspiration we have watched countless personel success stories.
