My low point was during a vacation in Hawaii. I was at my heaviest weight (except when I was pregnant) and I couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirrow. When we got back from our trip I started the Atkins diet (again) and like before it worked. I dropped about 20 pounds and then hit a platteau.

Some people at work had started doing P90X and were all raving about the results. I decided to give it a try and dropped another 20 pounds. I just wasn't about the weight loss though. I was in better shape than I had ever been.
