I am a 41yr old entrepreuner in residential cleaning with several commercial contracts as well. I am happily married and have 2 great stepchildren a handsome special needs 17yr. old boy and a beautiful young lady of 19 that I am proud to have call me mom. We have 4 great spunky cats all rescued and three lovely dogs 2 which are also rescues, a pug named Molly and a Tibetian Mastiff named Tara, then there is my birthday present of three years passed his name is Charlie and he is a gorgeous, fun loving beagle. I have worked out whether it be at home independantly or in a gym as far back as age 8. I love working out and sculpting my body and experiencing all the positive results you get from exercise and clean living. Having this new founded family at WOWY is just like going to the gym every morning without leaving the house until myself and the pups go for our hour jaunt before work. And to see the tracked results of my efforts put forth thrills me to no end. I hope to make a lot of new friends in the near future. Even on the days that you would much rather stay in bed it is always nice to know that somewhere in the world someone else is thinking the same thing but also manages to drag their butt out of bed and into their own workout room!!! Kudos to me and all others that respect their bodies and minds to have the motivation to do the same!!!! Is not always a picnic out there in the land of exercise.
