Turning 50 was a wake up call. I looked in the mirror and saw an old, fat "school marm" that I didn't recognize. Realizing that I could change ONE of these things, I searched for answers. I found Beachbody, many great workout programs and a network of coaches that encourage me. I have lost pounds and inches, the healthy way, and have more energy than when I was 40. I am also making a good amount

On my birthday last year I weighed more than I had in my life. I was pushing 150 and turning 50. HELP! I'm only five foot two. I started off with a trainer and soon found MDB. The weight began to come off when I became my own trainer and MDB became my coach and nutritionist. I work out at least three times a week and feel great. I am leading a workout group at the high school where I teach and plan to start a group in the senior citizens park where I live. At 135 I feel younger, stronger and ready to try new things. My goal is 118 or size six. You have no idea how much it thrills me to write on the board in front of the students and not have the fat jiggle on my arm.
