Carrollton, VA Welcome! I am Ehran, Beachbody Coach, and am crazy in love with P90X & Insanity Hybrid. I became addicted to beachbody through utilizing P90X & P90X+. As I was hooked since I saw results within 2 weeks!
I am 32, 5'2" with a desk job managing financials. I realized in January 2009, that in order to be fit for life, I had to change my frame of mind. I lost 20lbs in 2009 and Welcome! I am Ehran, Beachbody Coach, and am crazy in love with P90X & Insanity Hybrid. I became addicted to beachbody through utilizing P90X & P90X+. As I was hooked since I saw results within 2 weeks!
I am 32, 5'2" with a desk job managing financials. I realized in January 2009, that in order to be fit for life, I had to change my frame of mind. I lost 20lbs in 2009 and was hoping to make working out a "habit". A habit that formed quickly as I became addicted to P90X & Plus. My focus in 2010 was to continue to maintain weight, get stronger, and tone up further...and to tell my story to anyone who will listen that may be motivated by finding out about programs that actually WORK and QUICKLY! In 2011, I encountered almost every major life change one can go through. I dropped to my lowest weight of 108. Later in the year I realized I wasn't as active and was gaining weight back; however, had to admit that 108 was too small for my personal taste. Through this journey of knowing precisely how fit I can and have been able to become I have figured out the "right size" for my mental and physical health. Thus, in 2012 it is time to really live knowing that beachbody continues to support me daily through workouts, nutrition and most of all the friends I have made along the way.
In the past I tried WW and that got weight off for the short term. The best results I have had at battling the ups and downs is calorie counting and working out 4 days a week. However, when I came across P90X I was amazed and thrilled to try it... And after 90 days...I can say that I couldn't have invested my time and money more wisely! The weight lifing portion really makes the difference for me and the meal plan has shown me that I do not have to be hungry AT ALL while dropping the lbs and toning up!!! I didnt follow the meal plan to the "T" nor was I able to work out 6 days every week...I would say I followed everything at a minimum of 90% out of 100% and couldn't be happier! No more counting calories for me...cleaner choices and smaller portions...5 days of workouts minimum...and eating the BAD BAD stuff in moderation is all I need to do from here to maintain feeling as healthy as I do now.

What is your driving motivator? Mine comes from growing up in a family where all the females on my Mom's side are obese to say it nicely. My grandmother was obese and died from Emphysema when I was 6 and my mother is following in her foot-steps in every way despite being a nurse. I cannot control her choices; however, I do stand up for what I can control. Thus, I do not smoke and I have always had a limit on how much weight I allow myself to gain. I love my mother dearly despite it all, but have always wished she would see the pain her mom went through and modify her lifestyle. On the bright side, I have finally found a program that I love, P90X & +, and will be healthy for life as beachbody offers so many more programs that I know will keep interest and motivation at its peak :o) Getting here hasn't been easy; however, the desire to stay here is priceless.
