I'm a (mostly) retired software consultant.

I enjoy drag racing my vintage (1988) Vette as well as skiing, tennis, some hiking and of course working out. Of course a candle-lit dinner with a special lady is best of all.

I've been living/working in SE NY for over 20 years and love the climate and lushness of the area. It's also nice to be able to quickly catch dinner in Manhatten when "she"

I have followed workouts religiously, except when working through two mild injuries.
I follow a 2,100 cal/day diet play, consisting of ~20gm protein, minimal fat and the remainder complex carbs at each meal. I take a "home brew" recovery drink after each workout and drink plenty of water.

Now starting the 3rd phase of round 2, I'm comming out of "flat" week and intend to "bring it" for the remaining 4 weeks to finish this round strong.
