The name is Rachel and I'm seventeen years old. My dad is my coach and I currently fluctuate between 215-220lbs. I'm scared that if I get any bigger that I won't end up losing. I'm more of a binge eater and I eat when I get depressed which is often. I've recently got a job which has given me somewhat of a pride. I want to become more independent and take order of my life so I can be my own person

I'm more of a binge eater and I eat when I get depressed which is often. I've recently got a job which has given me somewhat of a pride. I want to become more independent and take order of my life so I can be my own person which led me to the decision of wanting to join the army. I like structure, discipline and neatness. I hope that within a year I can reach 164lbs.
