After I quit smoking, I put the weight on. I think I got up to about 150-155 pounds. It might not sound like a lot to some people, but I'm only 4'11", so an extra 40 pounds is a lot. I started my journey to lose the weight in October 2005. So far I have lost 20 or so pounds. I still have 20 pounds to lose. P90X and P90X+ have been fun and I've gained a lot of strength and energy.
