My name is Joel. I have become more and more aware of my health over the years. Thats mainly due to the facts of finding out the things that affect my families well being. Cancer, diabeties, asthma, anemia, high blood pressure, and suicide. I'm going to be the person that people can look at and see that I take my body and health seriously. I will be a confidant and inspiration to those seeking help. I feel that with beachbodies help this goal is around the corner.
