I'm using P90X to get back to great shape, have a great diet, and live a healthy lifestyle. I want to set a great example for everyone in my life and pass it on to them. Starting P90X for 2011, with a group of people to help with accountability. I'm really striving hard to get my BMI to a healthly level, need to lose about 20 lbs to acheive this.
