Transformation story

Week 1
Lost 7lbs this week! Feel great and i look forward to my workouts. I physically
feel better than i have in a long time. I'm still struggling with some of the
exercises but i More ...
Week 1
Lost 7lbs this week! Feel great and i look forward to my workouts. I physically
feel better than i have in a long time. I'm still struggling with some of the
exercises but i can feel myself getting stronger with each session.

Week 2
Lost another 5 lbs. Had to miss a workout and cheated one day [beer and
pizza :( ]but went right back to my diet and exercise the next day.

Week 3
More of the same. I'm down a total of 15 lbs. in 3 weeks. Nice!! Easter was
tough. (Chocolate is a weakness of mine!)

Week 9
Well there's a hugh gap in posts but, i'm down 30lbs. Been alot of ups and
downs with my diet on the weekends but, i've been really good during the
week. Fairly, consistent with workouts. Had to switch to night sessions(i think
its slowed down my progress a little) Been staggering around this weight for
almost 3 weeks. Maybe i just need to kick it up a notch. Getting kinda of
bored with the workouts. Tony's corny jokes after the 100th time don't get
any better. SHOCKING...i know!

Round 2
Just started a 2nd round. Decided to start off on phase 1-2 again since its
been a while. Some how i've managed to keep the initial weight off by eating
fairly decent during the week.(Weekends are a different story!) After a lot of
contemplation i've decided to stick with this because of my initial results.
However, lets not kid ourselves...there is no MAGIC to these programs...if ur
working out 6 DAYS A WEEK and eating properly your bound to lose
weight..period! I do admit though not having to trek to the gym is a huge
plus!

Week 5
Almost half way there. Started on 3-4 this week. Lost another 15lbs! (still cheating on the weekends...can't help myself damn it!..lol) Using free-weights as opposed to bands now. Huge difference!!! Been very consistent with my workouts. Despite a hectic schedule i have not missed one yet.

Week 8
Still going strong! I have not missed a single workout in 2 months. NICE! Down almost 55lbs now. I really want to lose another 25lbs in the next 5 weeks. That's gonna be a tall order,lets see if i can do it!

Week13
So, i lost a total of 37lbs my second time around. Not bad considering i fell off the wagon on more than one occasion. Gonna take a lil brake and its off to P90X. See you there!
