I am now 50 and have used a couple of the Beach Body products in the past and was very impressed. I did the original Power90 - which I used when I hit 240 for the first time in my life, and within 90 days was down to a very nice looking 210. I then checked out the Slim In 6 program and was pleased with that.

I am 50 as of December 8th and want to enter my first Triathlon this year. I got some work to do, but I have used the Power90 and Slimin6 and I know they work. I just need to push play. I will be integrating a lot of work at the gym lifting weighs as well.
