My Photos | AIMZ7 Hi my name is Amy. I finished Power90 for the 2nd time around November 19th 2007! Yay! So I was gonna start Hip Hop Abs Total Body Burn and then the Holidays I put it of for Thanksgiving week and then decided to put it off again for another week, til after my brother who was here staying with us left back to his home, so I put it off for two weeks and I felt weaker and tired and I was eating a Hi my name is Amy. So I was gonna start Hip Hop Abs Total Body Burn and then the Holidays I put it of for Thanksgiving week and then decided to put it off again for another week, til after my brother who was here staying with us left back to his home, so I put it off for two weeks and I felt weaker and tired and I was eating a lot and some and I'd gained at least 10 pounds back, or more. Then Sunday December 2, 2007, I went to the emergency room for pain and turns out I was surprised to find out that I am PREGNANT!!!!----------- Turns out I am not pregnant anymore. I put on weight again and I weigh in at 160 lbs 1/7/08. Yuke! I had dropped 32 lbs at least and I put on 18lbs. So here I go again and hopefully no more surprise pregnancies. I am doing thin thighs and some of great stretch. I just wanna be thin again and i's taking me along time! UH. My fault of course. Here's the beginning of my journey w/ Power90... I started Power90 August of 05. It worked for me and I am great full for it. I can't say having children mad me really fat. After my first, I'd been working out in my home town at a Gym and got down to a size 5, I was a 0 to a 2 before children and weighed 126lbs. Then my husband being in the Navy, we moved to California and the working out stopped, I had no freinds or family and, he was always gone doing the Navy seals Buds training, (he did not go though w/ the whole Buds training, he almost did though). I got depressed and did nothing but eat from boredom and watch TV and take care of my then almost 1 year old daughter. My weight just got worse from there. Made a few friends, still didn't do much though. We moved from there and got stationed in Virginia. On the way we stopped in our home town for a week and I knew I had put on weight but, was in denial. My husbands father gave us picture he had developed that he'd taken that week and I looked at them, realized how big I was and asked my husband do I really look like this. He said yes. I was like, wow! So then we came to Virginia and I still did nothing and I was so depressed about my weight but, still did nothing. The one night, since i stay up late I saw the infomercial on Power90, I probably watched it several times on different nights and wanted to try it, I saw before and after photo's and I wasn't sure if it was real, but went ahead and called. I started and w/in 90 days I saw results! I know it works, I do have the more advanced DVD, but didn't do them for to long. I was a tight size juniors 11 and got down to a 4-8 depending on the make, I assume!lol I decided to get pregnant. That pregnancy was harder for me so I didn't workout as I had w/ my first. Still weighed about the same at the end of both pregnancies. A week or so after having him I was in a size 9 and at 152lbs couldn't wait to start working out. Til, thun, thun, husband was all get me halloween candy since it was on sell after that day and I went all out, once I had that first Carmel Reeses I was hooked, I knew I shouldn't have but, couldn't resist. I ate the whole bag basically and then the holidays, man, I put on so much weight!!! I tried to lose weight again doing Power90 but, I wasn't doing it the right way and lost pounds then regained and it was the yo yo effect! Finally I gave up , I was depressed and figured I'm fat, so I ate even more, on purpose even. I weighed more than I did at the end of both pregnancies~ 172 w/ the 1st and 171-172 w/ the second, I was now at 167-174!!! I took pictures of myself and my back and looked at them and thought wow I look fat! My back side looked like Shriek from behind! So I thought later, and that was August 2, 2007. So I'm back on to Power90, the right way again! I'm in the process of losing this weight again! I did it to myself, none else did, yes having children had some to do w/ it, but I could have lost the weight if I had worked at it! I was at 167-174 and I'm now down to 162lbs. So far I've been eating healthier since 8/3/07 and Started working out 8/6/07 and I'm already seeing a difference. My clothing feels different on my too! I have a while to go! But I know this works and I want it bad enough! So here I go! I need to make this my life style from here on! P.S. I forgot to mention I have OCD really bad and that gets in the way of a lot of what I do and do not do! I hate it! My Progress My fitness goal: Transformation story

I've been transformed before in August-December 2005 I was still doing Power90 at the beginning or 2006! I decided to get pregnant in February 2006, stopped. Had my son October, 2006 and lost 20 lbs. Then I gained eating to much candy and junk food, going out to eat and not exercising the right way, I was doing Power90 but, not the way I had in 2005, I had a stationary bike I'd get on but, I guess I just wasn't consistent enough. I was doing the yo yo, up and down weight thing and I'd exercise for a period of time then something would some up and I'd stop. I did start Hip Hop Abs and was doing that for maybe 2 weeks or more maybe even less up until I had to undergo Laparosocy, a minor surgery,on July 6th, which I had to recover and feel able to exercise again w/out it being bothersome, tiny incisions but, it took them awhile to not hurt anymore even still the one in my belly button is still a tad sore if it gets rubbed by my pants, usually. So that didn't help at all as I recovered, I did nothing productive and therefor I got fatter, so I weighed the most I ever have even when I was pregnant. 174lbs is the most I remember ever wieghing. I'd go up and down from 167 usually to 172 and then 174 and it was going up and down depending on how much I'd eat and what not and I wasn't exercising anymore. So I took pictures of myself August 2nd to see how fat I was. I'd do this every once in awhile to see how much weight I had gain from before. Compare pictures of after I had my son and some after I'd gain weight and when I'd get big and then get a little smaller again. I realized I was tired of not fitting into clothing and not looking good in anything and feeling miserable, only making myself fatter and feeling worse. So I decided to start Power90 again the way I had done in 2005. So far I have seen results and I will continue and pray nothing gets in the way of me accomplishing my goals,(even this stupid illness they call OCD!) of getting the body I've always wanted and getting down to 125lbs, the first time I only got down to 146lbs that was in December of 2005, January 31,2006 I weighed 142, I had written it down in a small notepad, I also wrote that I weighed 141bls Feb. 7, 2006.
