At 55 years old and no longer a police officer on shift work, I have decided to do something about my health. After years of 7-11 coffee and day old doughnuts and HoHo Buns my mid section looked like what I was eating. Theres alot of truth to the adage that "You are what you eat." Having time now to concentrate on my health has made it easier. I actually have been able to make a schedule

I have always been the guy who was "chunky." Then I was the guy who was just plain BIG! I decided to make the transformation to the guy who is in shape..."Even at my age"...LOL:) I have done this in the past to accomplish goals for work, i.e. the academy, PT tests in the military. Now it's time to just do it for me.
