I went on too long in my transformation story so I'll be brief here.
I am a 40 year old personal fitness trainer from Cleveland, Ohio. For fitness I practice martial arts and anything Tony Horton produces. So, I guess you can say I've been a "coach" for over two decades.

My transformation story actually takes place about 27 years ago!
I was the proverbial fat kid that everyone chose last for their lunch-time dodge-ball game. At age 12 I weighed 220lbs. and had a 44" waist.
I was sitting in my second day of health class and we learned how to take our pulse. My pulse was 90bpm and I had not done anything other than walk to class. "Great," I thought, "I'm dying at 12 years of age!"
Simply put, I had had enough. It was time to take control over my weight and my life. For Christmas,one year, I got a book about Arnold Schwarzenegger called The Education of a Bodybuilder. This began my awakening.
Over time I read anything I could get my hands on that had to do with fitness (muscle mags, medical books, etc.)and I absorbed it all.
I began working out regularly and applying all that I had learned. My weight went from 220lbs down to 140lbs, within about 8 months!
It wasn't long before I was hooked and I immersed myself into the world and culture of fitness. From that I began my personal fitness training business at age 17. I am 40 now and have been a trainer ever since; torturing the poor souls of Cleveland, Ohio.
So, what has this got to do with P90X? Well, let's just say that I've seen a lot of programs (tapes, videos, books, dvds, etc.)and fads concerning diet and exercise. Most of them, in my professional opinion, are garbage (subtle, huh?). I have always believed in sticking to the basics, being consistent and eating well. I found that Tony Horton's programs believed the same and I just had to try it.
I had just come off of knee surgery and an ensuing blood clot from the surgery. I was not in good shape. So, I ordered Tony's P90X and used it to get myself back into peak condition. It worked - A LOT!
So, I am now beginning to use Tony's workouts for some of my client's "off days."
I guess I have had two transformations! Thanks, Tony!
Because of Tony I have changed my own personal motto. My new motto is: If the P90X+ Interval workout didn't kill me - NOTHING WILL!
