I believe in the "take time to exercise now or take time to be sick later" philosophy. Since my favorite activities require good health, I have extra motivation to improve and maintain my overall wellness.

Slim in 6 and P90X One-on-One are my favorite programs. But, I also use the 10-Minute Trainer and P90 Master Series routines. The variety really helps to keep me from getting bored. I also enjoy bicycling and running an occasional 5K run with my brother.

My advice to those who are thinking about starting an exercise program is to look at it as a long-term effort. Then, make it an automatic part of your weekly schedule. And, be sure to take some “before” photos so that you can see your progress.
