I am 45 and I live in sunny arizona. I have 6 children and 7 grandchildren. I work in the auto auction industry. I life with my youngest daughter Breanna who is 16 and my only son who is 10. I enjoy playing softball and turbo kick.

Transformation story

I went to Florida for my anniversary. When we got back I printed all the pictures we took and relized how my body was out of shape. I saw turbo jam on the infomercial and decided to order it. I was doing core support and getting no results. I received my turbo jam and started dieting. It was hard at first, I am not cordinated. The more I did the exercise the better I got. I first noticed it in my waist. The rest of the body followed along. I had more energy and felt so much better. Chalene and the whole gang rock. The music is great and I have the shake down good! I ordered the maxium set, weighted gloves,tubing and bands. Awesome results. I am totally please with what I have done to my body. I have lost 25 lbs and I am at 25% body fat. Not to bad for an old grandma! Ya, Shake and Shed!!!!
