More statistics| AZHB123 Ashland, OR I'm 15 years old, and have already finished Insanity and am mid-way through Asylum. After playing sports all my life, I get fed up of all the pressure and quit. In doing so, I gained significant weight. I wasn't happy with what I saw in the mirror, so I decided to make a change, and that's when I found Shaun T. and Beachbody. | My Blog 10/27/12 Well, I finished Asylum. How do I feel? amazing, accomplished, and above all, extremely fit. Starting round 2 soon. 10/22/12 As I begin the final week of Asylum vol. 1, I feel great. Yesterday, I pushed harder than I ever had before during gameday and overtime, and today I'm doing vertical plyo (my least favorite work out) More ... 10/12/12 Asylum volume 2 came out today.
