Well...here I go again...A year ago, I was in the best shape of my life, having finished my first triathlon and preparing for my first 1/2 marathon. I never competed in the 1/2 marathon because I discovered that my husband and I were expecting our fifth child. Our precious baby girl arrived in July, three weeks after my 40th birthday.
