I Have always been on the heavier side since, starting from when I was a little girl. A combination of not being able to do anything exercise wise and poor eating habits at home. It wasn't until I was a teenager that I decided to exercise more and watch what I ate. I lost 25lbs. and felt great, but was still overweight.

Then I got pregnant. Not being able to move too much from leg pains, a death in the family, and the dreaded "well I'm pregant" thought contributed to a 55lb. weight gain. It's been 16 months since I could work out again and have lost 40 lbs. But injuries and laziness happened again,yo-yo dieting started, and the plateu made me loose my excitment.

Well time to get back on track! Even though I have lost 40 lbs since then I need to loose another 30-40 to be considered a healthy weight. Yes, I want to look good, but the motivation to know I can and will keep up with my kid(s) and grandchildren is my true driving force. Also, I know God doesn't want a whole bunch of lazy people working for him ;-).
