I am a twenty five year old single mother who has been overweight for several years now and want to get my body back. I never was the slimmest girl, but I was never overweight. It slowly began after I graduated high school in 2001, and skyrocketed beginning 2004. Even this past year, I have gained a lot of weight. I weigh over 200 pounds and the only time I thought that would happen was when I I am a twenty five year old single mother who has been overweight for several years now and want to get my body back. I weigh over 200 pounds and the only time I thought that would happen was when I was pregnant.
I want to look, feel, and be sexy again. I want to feel good about myself and the clothes I wear. I want the attention that I used to get when I walked in a room. I feel my personal life, or what I have of it anymore, has been bad since I have been overweight. I am embarrassed to go swimming, which I love to do; I am embarrassed to go shopping with friends because I don't want them to know what size I wear; and I don't go out really because when I get dressed and look in the mirror, I don't like what I see staring back at me. I want to be in shape, I don't want to run out of breath from minor things, and I want to have confidence about myself again.

So far, I have started this plan with the 10 Day Turbo Slim Program. I am going on day 7 and feel pretty good. I was a little discourged by some of the meal plans, but I have been making it all work More ...
So far, I have started this plan with the 10 Day Turbo Slim Program. I am going on day 7 and feel pretty good. I was a little discourged by some of the meal plans, but I have been making it all work out. I have cravings here and there but tell myself to snap out of it and think of being healthy. I'd rather be fit, healthy, and look good than eating that slice of pizza.
I plan to finish the 10 Day Plan and go on with the other meals listed in the Turbo Results Guidebook until I reach my healthy weight. I actually plan to keep eating healthy and working out to maintain my healthy weight. I have a goal of losing 60 pounds, that would put me at a healthy weight of 160 pounds.
I have a very big sweet tooth and I think that will be the hardest part. I am going to avoid buying them anymore which will definitely help and replace it with fruits and vegetables. I have also changed over to skim milk which has been working great, as I love milk.
