Hi everyone!! My name is Adam. I live in a small town call dexter, in the state of maine (usa). I'm married. no kids. maybe some day just not now. I spent nine years in the army national gaurd. let me tell you why I decided to join this great team. Well all the way though school I was always in shape. Always very active. I played every sport I could get into. worked at a gym part time. went into the army national gaurd right after high school. But like everyone, once your out of high school you move out of your parents house. The really world hits you. you now have to work to pay for food and bills. When I meet the woman that is now my wife. we bought a house. Started a lawncare business plus we both have full time jobs. And still do. At the end of a 15 or 16 hour work day we both just want to go to bed knowing we have to get up at four in the morning to do it all over again. The last thing that was on our minds was exercising. And this is how its been for almost five years. Intill four months ago. I was the heaviest I've ever been. I weighted in at 238 pounds. My lower back started to hurt. My breathing was getting short. And tired all the time. mind you im only 26 almost 27. I said to myself that I have to do something about my weight. So I change the way I eat and started to walk alittle. I lost 30 pounds by doing that. but I wanted more. Then my wife told me one day when I got home from work that one of our friends was having a teambeachbody party and wanted us to come over to it. I was excited to go. we went and they show us a movie about what it was all about and let us try some of the shakeology drink. We even tired one of the hip hop abs work out. love it. I knew this was what I was looking for. It made me want to get back into shape. so the next day I became a coach. And my wife wanted to do it to. Now that I'm a coach I get to help others to get fit plus get fit myself. what a awesome way of life. Can't wait to meet more people and get fit. Lets do it everyone!!!!!! The sky is the limit!
